Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, we take 1–3 business days to process and prepare your watch before it ships. From there, delivery times depend on where you're based. US customers can expect their order to arrive within 5–9 business days via USPS. For international orders — including most of Europe, Australia, and beyond — please allow 10–20 business days via your local postal partner. We know that's a range, and we appreciate your patience — good things are worth waiting for.

Currently, Poviko offers standard shipping on all orders — and the honest answer is, it's the option we trust most for delivering your watch safely. We don't offer expedited options at this time, but our standard service is reliable and well-tracked. If you're ordering a gift watch for a specific date or occasion, we'd recommend placing your order with a little extra time to spare, just to be comfortable. Keep an eye on your confirmation email — it'll include tracking details so you can follow your order along the way.

Yes — completely. Free standard shipping on every order, everywhere. No minimum spend, no fine print, no surprise fees at checkout. Whether you're in London, Los Angeles, or anywhere in between, your Poviko watch ships to you at no extra cost. It's one of those things we feel strongly about — the price you see should be the price you pay.

Payment

We accept all major payment methods so checkout is as straightforward as possible. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other secure digital payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our end. Our store prices are displayed in GBP (£), and your bank or payment provider will handle any currency conversion if you're paying in a different currency.

Poviko makes minimal, everyday analog watches for both women and men — designed to be worn quietly and consistently, not to make a statement. Our range includes women's watches, men's watches, classic watches, and styles that work particularly well as gift watches for people who appreciate understated design. Every dial is kept clean — no unnecessary branding, no decorative clutter — and proportions are considered so they sit comfortably on a range of wrist sizes. If you're after something you can put on in the morning and forget about, that's exactly what we make.

That's the whole point of what we do — it won't. Poviko watches aren't designed around seasonal trends or shifting aesthetics. They're built on proportions and details that hold up over time, so your watch looks as relevant in ten years as it does today. We remove what isn't needed. What remains is a watch that's easy to wear, easy to read, and easy to live with.

Orders & Returns

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@poviko.com. We process orders within 1–3 business days, so the sooner you get in touch, the better chance we have of making adjustments before your watch ships. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it — but we'll do our best to help from there.
