Poviko designs and sells minimal everyday watches — including women's watches, men's watches, classic watches, and gift watches — crafted for daily wear across any occasion or wardrobe. We do our best to present each piece accurately through photography, descriptions, and sizing guidance.

However, we reserve the right to:

Limit quantities available for purchase
Update product descriptions, imagery, or specifications as needed

4. Pricing and Order Accuracy

All prices on poviko.com are displayed in USD. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate at all times. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse an order before it has been dispatched
Contact you to offer the product at the correct price

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an order appears fraudulent, where stock is unavailable, or where we are unable to verify payment details. You will be notified and any charge refunded promptly if an order is cancelled on our end.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping worldwide with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are:

United Kingdom: 10–13 business days (Royal Mail)
United States: 5–9 business days (USPS)
Australia: 13–17 business days (Australia Post)
Rest of World: 13–17 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to photography, product imagery, copy, watch designs, the Poviko name and logo, and the overall aesthetic and layout of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of Poviko LTD. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poviko LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
