4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content we have removed or disabled access to was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on our website
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the disputed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
