We want you to feel confident when shopping with POVIKO. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions

We offer a 45-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from odors or stains
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g. custom embroidery, special-order designs)
  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked at checkout

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, damaged item, incorrect item)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping address
  • A return shipping label, if applicable

Important:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / wrong size / not as expected:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items:

  • Once verified, we cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs according to our instructions

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or style:

  • Submit a return request following the process above

Once approved, you can:

  • Place a new order, or
  • Request an exchange if available

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

  • If the order has not shipped, we will attempt to cancel or modify it
  • If already shipped, it will be treated as a standard return

7. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Once received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This right applies in addition to the standard 45-day return policy.

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us
